• Consulting — technology strategy and digital transformation advisory

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual client agreements or statements of work (SOW) executed separately.

Certain features (such as course enrolment) may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments for courses and services are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.

• Courses: Course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated in the course description.
• Consulting Services: Refund and cancellation terms are governed by individual client agreements.
• Disputes: Payment disputes should be raised within 7 days of the transaction by contacting support@techtrapture.com.
